Using art to create a personal reminder for wellbeing

During times of distress, it can be difficult to remember your personal strategies to stay safe and manage difficult thoughts and emotions.

It can be helpful to have a visual reminder of your personal ways of coping and in this session, we will use art to depict your personal coping strategy.

Following this, we will have this made into a lasting memento and reminder to help you get through the tough times.

Another session will take place earlier in the day, from 11 am - 2 pm.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Please call to register.
