During times of distress, it can be difficult to remember your personal strategies to stay safe and manage difficult thoughts and emotions.
It can be helpful to have a visual reminder of your personal ways of coping and in this session, we will use art to depict your personal coping strategy.
Following this, we will have this made into a lasting memento and reminder to help you get through the tough times.
Another session will take place from 1.30 pm-3.30 pm on the same day.
