Yoga and afternoon tea

The use of yoga as a treatment for mental health issues has been studied by many.

Current research indicates yoga has particular importance for people who have experienced complex trauma both as a child or in their adult years.

Join us for a yoga session and discover whether this may be an option for you.

All levels of fitness are welcome, we all need to start somewhere!

The session will conclude with an afternoon tea, please advise of any dietary requirements.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Location: MMGPN, 55 Adelaide Road, Murray Bridge SA
