Providing practical and emotional support for a family member or loved one can be challenging.
There are many things to consider such as the best forms of treatment, how to set boundaries to make sure everyone is healthy and happy, and how to look after yourself so that you can continue to give your best.
This session is a recognition of what can often be a very important but thankless role and a time to come together with others to discuss useful ways of coping, what is reasonable to expect and where you can seek help, both for yourself and your loved one.
